Pacquiao: De La Hoya’s Size is NOTHING!

de_la_hoya_vs_pacquiao When Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao vs Oscar "Golden Boy" De la Hoya bout officially announced for December 6 Fight. Many of boxing critics thinks that De La Hoya and Pacquiao are both crazy. Their fight was dubbed DREAM MATCH as nobody thinks it will happen, it was orginally idea of veteran Boxing Commentator Larry Merchants and the promoter Top Rank (Bob Arum) and Golden Boy Promotion bite it. Pacquiao who’s height is more or less 5 feet and 6 1/2 inches will take the fight against naturally bigger De La Hoya with a height of more than 5′10".

According to Pacquiao, "He is not that big, I believe I can handle his power and he can fight me" in reference to De La Hoya.

Way back 2007, when Oscar De La Hoya vs Floyd Mayweather  fought Sinco de Mayo Freddie Roach is the one who trained De La Hoya and announced to the media later on that De La Hoya can’t full the trigger anymore. This is one of the many advantage of Pacquiao Team on this fight. Freddie Roach know what are the weakness of the Golden Boy, and Roach as one of the best coach out there will use these for Pacquiao advantage. As an answer for this, Oscar De La Hoya hire Nacho as a trainer, a trainer of Juan Manuel Marquez, a trainer that knows how to neutralize Pacquiao power and speed better than anyone. This situation make this fight exciting, very very exciting… This will be a fight between two Great Boxer and Two legendary Trainer!

Even most of the critics of boxing hate to see this fight happen, there is a good sign that his fight will be blockbuster. Many of the articles in the Internet that this fight may earn even more than $200M for PPV. Tickets are all SOLD OUT within in two hours when they announced that the tickets are available on sale. Who is telling that nobody want to see this circus fight? Everybody want to see this fight, maybe including those who criticize this fight want it badly (LOL)
